We switched things up this month and decided to profile Lenovo developer and friend of LenovoDev, Greg Zaitsev. Greg works as a software architect in Lenovo’s Ecosystem and Cloud organization, and also volunteered as a mentor at the HackBCA II hackathon earlier this year. Originally from Moscow, Greg’s work focuses on Windows embedded technologies. He took a few minutes to sit down with us and tell us how he got started coding by complaining about Win95, and which American Idol champion he has on his iPod.

We’re going a bit off script with the Developer of the Month for April, but with good reason!  We decided to honor the founders of the largest student-run hackathon in the country, Hack BCA in Hackensack,NJ at Bergen County Academy high school – Jared Zoneraich and Edmon Berry. Coming off of their 2nd annual hackathon, Jared and Edmon sat down with us to talk about how they got started, their goals, and which one of them is a Childish Gambino fan.

This month's Developer(s) of the Month are Sam Kaufmann and Jake Pozanski, co-founders of Random Salad Games in Seattle, WA. 

Founded in 2011 by these 2 Carnegie Mellon University CS Grads, Random Salad Games is dedicated to developing fun and engaging mobile games. With over 15 titles available for download, Random Salad Games continues to develop simplistic quality across a wide range of mobile platforms. 

Recently Sam and Jake sat down with us and talked about such everything from hiccups to classic Nintendo games to the Foo Fighters.
